What We’d Do In Boise This Week…

Go Here - Lit & Co. for Candle Making - I’m a bit of a health freak when it comes to what’s in our home, but Lit & Co makes that easy with their local, soy candles! They have hundreds of scents to choose from or you can make your own candle by mixing up to 3 scents + choosing your candle vessel. It doesn’t take long, but is memorable & easy for all ages! We had so much fun doing this & even created some for gifts! With the holidays coming up, it could be the perfect shop to stop by. 

Do This - Harrison Blvd Halloween Decorations + Hyde Perk Coffee - The Halloween decorations are up & they may be bigger + better than ever. One of our favorite October activities is to walk down Harrison Boulevard with coffees in hand from Hyde Perk & take in all of the iconic homes + their holiday decor. If you’re looking for a spot to Trick-or-Treat, this street is it, families come from all over the valley to go door-to-door here. As much fun as it is on Halloween, we like to take it in before the kid craziness begins & in the daylight to appreciate all that’s been put up! 

Shop That - The Little Window Boise - This is one of the cutest little shops we have in Boise! Open on Saturdays during certain seasons on the corner of 11th & Main, this walk-up shop offers fresh flowers + local niceties. Follow their Instagram & stop by their next weekend from 10am to 2pm to see what is being offered! Be sure to get there early before they sell out… one of our favorite goodies they sell are Idaho Barkery treats! 

Move It - Yoga Six - As the temperatures are quickly dipping, I find myself needing to find more indoor activities. One of my favorites has always been hot yoga at Yoga Six! They offer a variety of classes including slow flow, restore, hot, power, sculpt + flow & TRX. It is one of the most fun & energizing yoga studios I have been to, with some of the most incredible instructors. If you’re looking for a new gym or just something different to do as winter approaches, I’d encourage you to try a class!
