What We’d Do In Boise This Week…

Go Here - Baraboo Supper Club - If you haven’t heard of the Hotel Renegade yet, this is your sign to check it out! Not only is it an increidble new hotel downtown, but they are home to an incredible restaurant, Baraboo + a coffee shop & rooftop bar. Baraboo offers a bit of a Southern flare downtown with plenty of steaks to choose from. We started with the artichoke dip & could not have finished it faster. We also loved their personal touch of pickled vegetables to start instead of your traditional basket of bread & butter. 

Do This - Greenbelt Walk + Slick Rock Coffee - The newest coffee shop in Boise is open! Slick Rock coffee is the perfect stop before hitting The Geenbelt for a beautiful, fall walk. Jackie & I met up with our friends there & had the best experience from welcoming, kind staff, before taking full advantage of all The Greenbelt has to offer this time of year. Soak up the last of the changing leaves with a coffee & pastry in hand. 

Shop That - Rediscovered Books - As book clubs are popping up all over the place, I find myself subject to quickly ordering mine off Amazon… but Rediscovered Books downtown has SO many books to choose from. We stopped by last week on a date night to choose a new book to read together & were happily surprised with the variety of books, including a cute children’s section. They also do a ‘don’t just a book by it’s cover’ activity where you grab a book wrapped in kraft bag, not knowing what book it holds…
