Go Here - Disciples Coffee - This is by far one of my favorite coffee shops in Boise. When you go, just order the Butter Latte- you will not be disappointed. Not only do they offer organic, single origin coffee- but they also offer drinks featuring raw milk, grass-fed butter, organic whole milk, grass-fed collagen & so many other beneficial, clean ingredients. Be sure to check out what baked goods they have too, often you’ll find long fermented local sourdough or clean keto treats.
Do This - $3 Thursdays at Zoo Boise - Starting this week, from November to February, zoo admissions are only $3 on Thursdays! If you’re looking for something fun to do with your little ones who may to be in school yet, this is the perfect, inexpensive option! Bundle up & go observe the animals this winter… I know we will be making our way over there a few times at least!
Shop That - a’Tavola - It is officially November & if you’re on top of things, you may be starting to think about gift giving! a’Tavola is the perfect spot to go for any one you are trying to find a gift for. The marketplace features an assortment of imported specialty foods, unique gifts & seasonal things. You can grab a coffee or a bite to eat there too. One of our favorite things to do is pick a take-away dish of theirs for a simple dinner!
Move It - Pure Barre - The cold is here & the workouts outside have started to sound… less enticing. Pure barre is a perfect workout to try & you can try it for free! Barre is one of the best full body workouts I have ever had. It combines low-impact, high-intensity movements to strengthen & tone your body… while making you get ‘the shakes’! I am always sore in places I never knew could be sore after barre classes.
