Water Detector for Crawl Space - Most homes in the Boise area have crawl spaces & most of us do not go into our crawls very often. This is an area that is prominent to leaks. By gifting a water detector, they can be alerted immediately if there is a leak that has started down there which can be very damaging to a home.
