What We’d Do In Boise This Week…

Go Here - Happy Hour & Taco Tuesday at Barrio - Located in Bown Crossing, this is one of our favorite places for tacos, margs & happy hours! Happy Hour is every day from 2pm to 5pm (noon to 5pm on Friday - Sunday). The nachos & taco trio are our go-to. Enjoy the sunny days on the patio or inside with the roll-open windows & fun decor! 

Do This - Watch the BSU Broncos in the Fiesta Bowl - If you’re a Bronco fan, you remember the iconic 2007 victory against Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl… well we are back & hoping for another incredible game! Tomorrow at 5:30pm the Broncos kick off against Penn State. For those of you lucky enough to be in Scottsdale at the game, soak up the sun for us, but if you’re in Boise tune in on ESPN or Fubo… Go Orange, Go Big Blue! 

Shop That - Coffee & Local Goodies at Common Ground - This has quickly jumped to the top of our list of favorite coffee shops. Not only do they have incredible drinks, but they have a little section of marketplace items including local goods like tallow, bread loaves, honey + more! It’s also a great spot for kiddos with their play corner that has awesome wood toys, books & space!

Move It - The NYE Potato Drop - We are the Potato State, so we have to make sure everyone knows it! Seriously though, if you haven’t been this year is the year to do it because it’s so warm! Head down to the Idaho State Capitol building for the 12th annual Idaho Potato Drop where a HUGE potato is slowly lowered down to bring in the new year! There’s tons of live music, food, drinks & activities down there too.. fun for all!
