Go Here - Dinner at Pig Latin - The tacos, the atmosphere & the margaritas… Eagle’s newest restaurant is definitely worth trying! I’m not usually a huge fan of Mexican out, but I will absolutely be going back to Pig Latin. The carne asada taco plate was amazing, coming with beans + rice & the fried onions were just the cherry on top. It was very busy even on a Wednesday night, so I’d grab a reservation just in case!
Do This - Work from Alchemist Coffee Shop - If you work remotely, I know you’re always looking for a new spot to work or spend part of the day. Alchemist is one of the few coffee shops open very early until pretty late. They also have a great menu of coffee drinks, but food too including toasts, bagels, egg bites + more. There are multiple locations, but my go-to is the one off of Overland because it is so central.. go grab a cup of Joe & check it out this week.
Shop That - Book a Facial at Glo Boise - It is love month & what better than to show yourself some love with self-care? Glo is my favorite place to go for facials & have just an hour to relax + breathe. They offer all types of services: massages, eyelashes, tanning, med spa treatments, waxing, etc. Super easy to book online & get to, located right off of Parkcenter in SE Boise.
Move It - Make Your Valentine’s Day Plans - It is 4 days before Valentine’s but it’s never too late to make that day special for you & your partner! Some dinner ideas to check out (be aware a lot of them who take reservations are probably booked): Chandler’s, Brickyard, Alyonka, Wylder, Alavita, Saltbrush, The Lively & Tony’s Pizza. This link from BoiseDev has even more ideas, but when in doubt, just have a night in & order from your favorite Thai or Chinese restaurant… our favorites are Pad Thai House & Yen Ching.
