What We’d Do In Boise This Week…

Go Here - Franci Freeze - If you grew up in Boise, you know this is the place to go. Serving families hamburgers, ice cream treats & milkshakes since 1947, it is some of the Treasure Valley’s best drive-through food. They also have fun tables & fireplaces to enjoy eating outside on the patio! My go-to is an Oreo shake with hot fudge… it never misses. Their cones are also out of this world… BIG. 

Do This - Green Acres Food Truck Park - Boise’s food truck park is open for the season! Open Wednesady through Sunday, the food trucks rotate, along with the live music that is featured. Located right on the Greenbelt it’s the perfect spot to bike to & enjoy your evening at! This week’s food trucks include: Kanak Attack, Walk-in Takes, Sizzling’ Bistro, Loving Lefse & MORE! 

Shop That - 44 East Boutique - This cute boutique just opened their new shop in BoDo! They have some of the cutest clothes, cards, home decor & gift ideas. On this cloudy week, if you’re looking for a little activity- this is the place to be! Open Monday through Saturday 11-5:30. 

Move It - Famous Idaho Potato Marathon - If you’re looking for a race to do or to support, this is one of Boise’s best! Distances for everyone: 5k, 10k, half marathon & marathon. This is the YMCAs biggest race of the year & is ran all along the Greenbelt + Boise River!
