What We’d Do In Boise This Week…

GO Here, DO This, SHOP That + MOVE it!

Go Here - Acai at the New Just Bee Acai - What was once a food truck, now has its own storefront! This local cafe just had their grand opening & serves the most delicious smoothie bowls made with organic acai  + fresh ingredients. The Bee Sassy is definitely calling my name with bananas, strawberries, cacao nibs, goji berries, hemp hearts, homemade granola & local honey.

Do This - Dinner at the Sandbar - One of the best spots to dine at in the summer! Live music everyday, right on the Greenbelt by the Boise River. Their sweet potato waffle fries are a must order + grab some finger steaks, because we are Idahoans right?! No reservations taken, so make sure to give yourself some time for a waitlist if you’re headed down on a busy day/time.

Shop That - Book the With Honey Coffee Cart - This is the cutest coffee & espresso bar that you can rent out for events/catering (they have three options of carts or trailers)! We went to a birthday party this weekend & let me tell you, the coffee + service is phenomenal. They roast their own organic beans & you can customize the menu they provide for your event, including doing a branded coffee bar!

Move It - Paddle Boats at Julia Davis - If you are looking for a fun activity to do right downtown, this is it + it’s cheap too! For $12 you get 30 mins on a paddle boat to explore the pond at Julia Davis. This is a core memory for many that grew up in Boise & it’s so exciting to see it still alive & well. Open 7 days a week, no reservations needed… you will have a blast!
