Go Here - Coffee Flight at Jitters by Jayne - If you’re looking for great coffee & a fun activity to do, this coffee flight is it! Choose three drinks from their large specialty list, hot or iced, and enjoy 9oz pours of all. We tried the Boise River Greenbelt, Camel’s Back & Bogus Basin. All were amazing & just the perfect amount of sweetness.
Do This - Staycation at the Renegade Hotel - We just stayed here for our anniversary & we will be going back ASAP. The rooms are beautiful, cozy & homey. The staff is kind, attentive & available. It’s the perfect walking distance from just about anywhere you want to go downtown + there are ammenities there including: Blue Collar Coffee, Baraboo Supper Club & the Highlander rooftop bar.
Shop (& See) That - Ann Morrison Park Fireworks - The best fireworks in Boise! Festivities start around 6pm including food & drink vendors + other fun activities. The fireworks show will begin around 10pm. The park will be closed to all vehicles, so figure out your way of getting there: walk, bike, uber, park & walk, etc.
Move It - Float the Boise River - If you are in town on the 4th of July, this is the way to spend it! Make sure you plan to take the shuttle back to Barber Park because Ann Morrison will be shut down to cars that day. Which honestly, makes the whole process easier than dropping a car at both parks. Grab your own tubes or rent them at Barber Park! It’s supposed to be a hot one, so get in the water & stay cool.
