Go Here - Dee’s Ice Cream Trolley Grand Opening - Saturday at noon in Hyde Park, this trolley-turned ice cream truck will be opening. Serving up the best ice cream in the valley from The STIL, it’s going to be a great way to spend your Saturday & support local! 

Do This - Outdoor Photo Booth at The Record Exchange - Right downtown there is a Photo Booth you can grab pictures at outside of the Record Exchange! I’ve wanted to try it forever & we finally walked past it + tried it. They are the cutest, old school photos… perfect for a date night activity or to capture friends! 

Shop That - Restore Hyper Wellness - If you’re looking for another way to pour into your health & performance, this is it. They have a multitude of science-backed therapies including cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, IV drips + more. I went for the first time & enjoyed the infrared sauna… I can say I have not felt that recovered or relaxed in a while! 

Move It - Victress MVMT - A new gym just opened (today!) in Meridian & they are focused on creating a space for women to come together at any stage of their life to find community through fitness. Their mission is incredible & very needed, I can’t wait to try it out… let me know if you want to go with me!
