Negotiations & Inspections
Price is only one thing that we negotiate & our inspection period is where we do our due diligence of the home.
Contingencies
Two main ones that we have, the inspection contingency & appraisal contingency.
Closing Preparation & Final Walk Through
Homeowner’s insurance, utility transfer, etc. & visit the property to make sure it is in the condition it should be in.
Signing, Funding & Recording
Complete all needed documentation, transfer of ownership into YOUR name & receive keys!
